What the registration record stores
Registration creates a record, not a profile. It is the whole of what a Malaysian player hands over before the slot floor, the live tables, the sportsbook and the fishing rooms open on one account. Each stored value has a stated purpose, and the right-hand column says whether it can be changed later and by which route.
| Field | Format | Needed at sign-up | Used for | Changeable later |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Full name | as printed on IC or passport | yes | payout beneficiary, identity checks | typo correction only |
| Mobile number | Malaysian number, no country code twice | yes | codes, recovery, challenges | manual review |
| a working address | yes | statements and notices | self-service | |
| Username | 6 to 16 letters and digits | yes | sign-in | never |
| Password | 8 or more, at least one digit | yes | sign-in | self-service |
| Date of birth | day, month, year | yes | age check and birthday credit | documents only |
| Withdrawal account | bank or e-wallet in the same name | no, before the first payout | payouts | manual review |
We do not ask for an IC number at sign-up and we do not ask for a photograph of anything before a round has been played. Documents are requested later and only in the three situations listed further down.
Nothing else is stored at registration. There is no occupation field, no income question, no marketing questionnaire and no question about which games you intend to bet on, and the cashier methods on ACE66 Withdraw read the same record rather than a second one.
Format rules, field by field
The name field takes the name as the document prints it, including bin, binti, a slash, a hyphen or a middle name. A nickname or a shortened form passes registration and then fails at the first payout, which is the worst place to discover it.
The mobile number is entered once with the leading zero or once with the country code, never both. The username is fixed for the life of the account, is case-insensitive at sign-in, and takes letters and digits with no spaces or symbols. The password needs eight characters and a digit; a gaming account holds a cash balance, so it should not repeat a password used on a shopping website or an email account.
One email address holds one account. The date of birth is entered as the document shows it and is held to that value, since it is read both by the age check and by the birthday credit described on ACE66 Promotion.
The bank-name match rule
One identity, three records. Whoever is named on the ACE66 account is the only person who may be named on the funding bank account and on the e-wallet. Money moving in is checked loosely, which is why a slight misspelling still posts. Money moving out is checked at the rail by the beneficiary-name field, and that field forgives nothing.
Accepted as a match: different spacing around bin or binti, a middle name present on one and absent on the other, an initial in place of a full middle name, and differences of case or punctuation. Not accepted: a different person however closely related, a company or business account, a joint account where the holder is not first-named, and a name the bank prints in full where the account carries an abbreviation.
One withdrawal account is nominated at a time and replacing it is a manual review. A genuine typo can be corrected against documents. An account cannot be changed into another person's name, and funds cannot be paid to a third party however they arrived, whether from a deposit or from a good night at the live tables, which is the single most common cause of a stalled payout on ACE66 Withdraw.
The verification sequence
Verification is one SMS code and takes about a minute, which is the whole distance between the form and the first game. The sequence below is all of it, with the timing attached to each step.
One, the form is submitted and a six-digit code is sent to the number on it, arriving within about 60 seconds. Two, the code expires five minutes after it is sent, and a resend is available after 60 seconds. Three, entering the code opens the account and credits RM8 of sign-up credit immediately, carrying RM30 of turnover at the published weights. Four, a first deposit starts at RM10 on Touch 'n Go, DuitNow, Boost, GrabPay or FPX and posts under a minute. Five, the withdrawal account is nominated at any point before the first payout. Six, documents are checked at the first payout above the threshold below.
Nothing is charged on the way in and no step asks for a document before step six. The credit at step three is enough to open every room in the casino without depositing, from the slot reels to a live baccarat table, and the terms attached to it are set out on ACE66 Free Credit.
Twenty-one and over
Registration is open to people aged 21 and over. Nobody below that age may hold an ACE66 account, place a bet on it or claim a bonus through it. The date of birth entered at sign-up is the value the account is held to, and it is not self-editable afterwards.
The age is checked at three points: at registration against the date entered, at the first document review, and on any review opened by the screening layer. An account found to be under age is closed and the balance is returned to the original deposit source rather than paid out. Discovery usually happens at a first large withdrawal, which is the worst moment for everyone involved and the reason we print the floor plainly here.
There is no version of a false date that works in the holder's favour, since the same field issues the birthday credit each year. Every control on responsible gambling is available from the first day of an account, including deposit limits and self-exclusion, and none of them requires a reason to be given.
Duplicate accounts: what is compared
One person holds one ACE66 account. The duplicate check runs at sign-up and again nightly, and it compares four stored values plus one that only appears at document review.
| Signal | Compared against | Checked | Result on a match |
|---|---|---|---|
| Mobile number | every open and closed account | at sign-up | registration refused at the form |
| Withdrawal account or e-wallet | every account | at nomination | review opened |
| Device fingerprint | active sessions | continuously | review if a second signal also matches |
| Name and date of birth | every account | at sign-up and at document review | review opened |
| Address on documents | accounts already under review | at document review | noted, not closure on its own |
A single device match closes nothing. Two accounts matching on more than one signal go to review, and the usual outcome is one closed with its balance returned to the original deposit source. Where a sign-up offer was claimed on the duplicate, the bonus and anything it generated are removed and the deposit is returned rather than kept.
Nothing in this policy is aimed at a family. Where two people in one house really do play the same slots on the same wifi, they register separately, each with their own documents, their own number and their own payout account, and the nightly check reads them as two records that happen to share a router. A shared network matches on one signal, and one signal closes nothing. One account per player is also what keeps the offer sheet fair, because a welcome bonus claimed five times over by one person is the pattern this check is built to find.
What can be changed later, and by which route
Two values are self-service inside the account: the email address and the password. Both take effect immediately, and a password change signs every open session out.
Three values go through a manual review with documents: the registered mobile number, the withdrawal account, and a correction to a misspelled name. All three hold withdrawals while the case is open and take one to three working days. Two values never change: the username and the date of birth, the second of which can only be corrected against an identity document if it was entered wrongly at sign-up.
Closure is available on request at any time and the balance is returned to the nominated account. A closure requested as self-exclusion is permanent for the chosen period and cannot be reversed early, which is the difference between the two routes. The access side of all of this, including what a reset does to a session, sits on ACE66 Login.
Documents: when, what, and why one is rejected
A document is asked for in three cases only. The first is a payout above RM3,000 on an account that has not been checked before. The second is a change to the registered number or to the nominated withdrawal account. The third is a review the screening layer has opened by itself.
What is accepted is an IC, front and back, or the biographical page of a passport, plus where relevant a bank statement header or e-wallet profile showing the account name. Files should be JPG, PNG or PDF, under 5MB, with all four corners of the document visible and nothing edited or covered. Review takes one to three working days and the outcome is written to account history.
The common rejection causes are short and avoidable: a cropped edge, glare across the printed name, an expired document, a screenshot of a screenshot, and a name that does not match the record for the reasons set out in the bank-name section above.
None of this stands between a new account and the floor, because a document is a cashier step rather than a registration step. The slot reels, the live casino tables, the sportsbook, the esports board and the fishing rooms all open on the RM8 credit issued the moment the phone number verifies, and the 120% match on a first deposit from RM10 is taken long before a payout brings the RM3,000 threshold into view. Rebate at 1.2% of turnover runs from the first real money spin and settles daily at 8pm as cash. None of the three waits on a file being uploaded.
