ACE66 VIP

A specification of the ACE66 ladder, which is the rate card an online casino account sits on and not a bonus: the point rate in each room, the five rungs with their entry and retention thresholds, the benefit attached to each one, and the dates the 90-day review runs on.

What the programme is

The ACE66 ladder is a tiered VIP programme, which here means an automatic rate card attached to an account. Some casinos run an invitation list; this one does not, and there is no application and no fee either, and a Malaysian player is on it from the first spin whether or not they ever read a word of it. Standing is recalculated from turnover, the account sits on exactly one rung at any moment, and that rung sets a rebate rate and a set of cashier limits.

Points pool across the whole account because the account has one ringgit wallet. A slot spin, a baccarat hand and a football bet add to the same total rather than building separate standings per room, which is also why moving between the five casino rooms on ACE66 Casino never costs a transfer.

There are five rungs and no sixth held in reserve, no second ladder for the online casino games, and no separate one for the sportsbook or for any other online gambling vertical we run. Every benefit the programme carries is listed right here. Nothing on the ladder changes the terms of a welcome bonus or any other casino bonus, the wagering requirement attached to it, the weighting of a stake or the published clearing time of a payout.

Point accrual, room by room

Each room carries its own accrual rate, stated below as points per RM1,000 of settled turnover, since every figure we quote is in MYR. The rate is a property of the games in a room rather than of the player sitting at them. The rates differ because the rooms do not earn the same margin, and the fourth column names what each one leaves out. The figures are identical on mobile and on desktop, because the platform an account plays from has never changed a point rate. Stake weighting on ACE66 Promotion exists for a different job and the two sets of figures should not be read against each other.

Fishing arcade50the shot resolvesunspent shot credit

Three rules apply across every room. Points post on settlement rather than on placement, which matters on a slip that sits open for three days. Bonus-funded stakes accrue at half the stated rate. Fractions are carried rather than rounded away, so small sessions are not quietly worth nothing.

Points are counted on real money turnover alone. A winning night and a losing one at the same stakes earn exactly the same, and no rung is ever reached or lost because of a result. That is the opposite of a deposit bonus, where what happens to the money decides whether any of it is kept.

The five rungs

Entry points are cumulative over the life of the account. Retention points are the figure needed inside the current 90-day window to stay where you are. Both are shown on the account page beside the current total, and the mobile app prints the same two figures as the desktop casino.

Upgrades are checked nightly and take effect from the next rebate settlement. The rate applied to a day's rebate is the rate held when that rebate is calculated, so an upgrade on Tuesday night is in the figure that settles on Wednesday.

The ladder is steep at the top on purpose. Diamond asks fifteen times the points that Gold asks and returns three tenths of a percentage point more rebate. That ratio is printed here rather than left to a progress bar to imply. For most players the better reading is the offer sheet on ACE66 Promotion, where an online casino bonus is worth more per ringgit staked than a rung is.

Rebate rates by room and rung

The rebate column in the table above is the general rate, which covers slots, the live tables from Evolution and Pragmatic Live, and the sportsbook. Rebate is this site's word for what other casino sites print as cashback, with the difference that it is paid on turnover and not on losses. The arcade and esports rates sit on their own lines and rise proportionally rather than by the same flat addition.

Base is 1.5% in the fishing rooms and 0.8% on the esports book. At the top rung those become approximately 2.1 per cent and 1.1 per cent respectively, scaled by the same ratio that lifts the general rate from 1.2% to 1.7 per cent. The exact figure for the current rung is shown in the cashier log beside each rebate credit.

Every rebate, at every rung, is paid as cash with no rollover and settles daily at 8pm on the previous gaming day. The rate card on ACE66 Promotion sets out the basis it is calculated on, which does not change with standing.

Cashier limits by rung

Every account withdraws from RM50 upward against a daily ceiling of RM50,000, which is the maximum withdrawal cap on any one day, and the published clearing time is 3 to 15 minutes at every rung. Deposits are not tiered at all: RM10 is the floor on every rung and on every payment rail, and a cash transaction posts under a minute for a Bronze account and a Diamond one alike. What standing changes is the per-request ceiling and how many requests a day carry no processing step.

Per request: RM12,000 at Bronze, RM25,000 at Silver, RM40,000 at Gold, and the full RM50,000 at Platinum. Diamond accounts may have a ceiling agreed above RM50,000 for a specific payout, arranged in advance rather than at the moment of the request. Free requests a day run 1, 2, 3 and then uncapped on the top two rungs. The payment options do not change with standing either: the same e-wallets and the same FPX bank transfer at Bronze and at Diamond.

Platinum and Diamond requests enter the manual review queue ahead of others, which is a narrow benefit and only shows at peak hours. It does not shorten 3 to 15 minutes, because that is what the payment rail itself does, and ACE66 is not a crypto casino with a faster one: a payout leaves by the same Malaysian banks, DuitNow and e-wallets at every rung, and the causes of a genuinely delayed payout are listed on ACE66 Withdraw.

The 90-day review, step by step

Review windows are fixed quarters and start at 00:00 in Malaysia on 1 January, 1 April, 1 July and 1 October. An account opened mid-quarter is reviewed for the first time at the start of the second full window, so nobody is assessed on a part period.

The sequence is the same every time. One, the points earned inside the closing window are totalled. Two, that total is compared with the retention figure for the current rung. Three, an account at or above it holds the rung and the window resets. Four, an account below it drops exactly one rung. Five, the new rate applies from the next rebate settlement, never retroactively. Six, the outcome is written to account history with both figures shown.

A player who believes the total is wrong can ask for a recalculation within 14 days of the review date. The recalculation reads the same settled turnover log the original used, and it is the only route; standing is not adjusted by negotiation at any rung. Printing the retention figures is what lets a player check the arithmetic without asking anyone, which is the plain test of a trusted online casino.

Demotion, dormancy and what is never lost

A demotion moves an account down one rung and never two, however far the shortfall ran. There is no penalty for a quiet month followed by a busy one, because the review reads the quarter as a whole rather than month by month.

An account with no settled turnover for a full review window returns to Bronze at the next review, whether the player stopped for a month or stopped for a year. The wallet balance, the open bonus if any and the account history are untouched by that change. A tier is a rate card and not a deposit, so nothing is forfeited when one is lost. No game is locked, no casino room closes, and the next bet earns points exactly as the last one did.

Promotions are checked nightly and demotions quarterly, which makes the ladder quick going up and slow coming down. Standing belongs to the account and does not transfer to another account, including a second one opened in a household, which ACE66 Register covers under the duplicate policy.

What a tier does not change

This list exists so that nobody spends points expecting something the programme does not contain. A tier on a Malaysian online casino account is often read as a bonus, and it is not one. Standing does not change the turnover weighting of a stake, the rollover attached to an offer, or the basis a rebate is calculated on.

It does not change the bank-name match rule, the KYC document check that runs on a first large payout, or the published clearing time of 3 to 15 minutes. It does not reverse a settlement made by a game studio, release a welcome bonus or a deposit bonus that has not met its wagering requirement, or alter a limit set by the payment rail rather than by the platform.

It does not move the age floor of 21, and it does not weaken a single control on responsible gambling. A deposit limit set by a Diamond account stops that account climbing, and we treat that as the tool working rather than as a conflict. The ladder changes a rate and not a risk; gambling on a better rate card is the same gambling.

What it does change is a figure, and the figure is readable from the first day. Bronze carries the base rebate of 1.2% on the live casino tables, the slot reels, the sportsbook and the fishing rooms, settled daily at 8pm as cash with no wagering attached, and Diamond carries the same line at 1.7%. There is no application, no fee and no waiting list: an account accrues from its first real money bet, and the RM8 free credit issued at verification is enough to place one before any deposit is made.

1.2% back on every ringgit staked

The rebate pays out daily at 8pm as withdrawable cash rather than bonus credit, and it counts whether the ringgit went into slots, a live casino table or the fishing room.

Common questions

How do I see my current point total?

On the account page, beside the current rung. Three figures are shown: the lifetime total, the points earned inside the open 90-day window, and the retention figure the window is measured against.

Do points from the sportsbook count toward the same total?

Yes. One wallet, one point total, which is what running a whole online casino on one account is for. The sportsbook simply accrues at 20 points per RM1,000 of settled turnover rather than the 100 that slots return, which is the weighting in the accrual table rather than a separate standing.

If I drop a rung, do I lose the points?

No. The lifetime total is unchanged and the window simply restarts. A demotion changes the rate card the account sits on from the next rebate settlement and nothing else.

Is the birthday credit the same at every rung?

No. The base is RM88 at Bronze and the table shows the multiple at each rung above it. The 3x rollover attached to the credit is the same at every rung.
